💰 FD Campus | Refund & Return Policy

At FD Campus, we strive to provide the highest quality training. We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we offer a clear refund window for our students.

1. The 3-Day Refund Rule

  • Eligibility: You have exactly 3 calendar days from the date of your enrollment (payment date) to request a refund.

  • After 3 Days: Once this 3-day window has passed, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we reserve a seat for you and prepare your learning materials immediately.

2. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund within the 3-day period, the following conditions apply:

  • Course Access: If it is a digital course (Web Dev, Trading, Dropshipping), the student must not have accessed more than 20% of the online materials.

  • Physical Classes: For practical classes (Cake Making, Mehandi, Bridal), the student must not have attended more than one physical session.

  • Admin Fee: A small administrative fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., 10% or LKR 1,000] will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing and registration costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable even within the 3-day window:

  • Registration Fees: Any initial “Sign-up” or Admission fee.

  • Starter Kits: Used or opened materials/tools provided for Cake Making, Bridal, or Mehandi.

  • Digital Downloads: Any downloadable templates or software keys already sent to the student.

4. How to Request a Refund

You must submit your request in writing via WhatsApp or Email to our support team within the 72-hour window. Please include:

  1. Full Name & Student ID

  2. Payment Receipt

  3. Reason for withdrawal (to help us improve!)

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
